It was a hot and humid summer day when four UNLV hospitality students decided to take FAB 468x online. Little did they know that they would come to find themselves as best friends and resturant creators. Less than five weeks later, Southern Roots was born.

Southern Roots has a dedicated team that focus on the culture and cuisine of the south. We have a group of leaders that have worked in many successful establishment to bring the southern heat to the table. Our leaders are passionate about our cuisine and lead by example setting a standard for food quality and customer service.
